    Think of it like guided office hours.

    You’ll be led through your scheduled training for the day with the ability to ask questions, receive feedback and get a great workout.

    This is complemented by 1-3 additional workouts to complete independently through the week.

    All trainers wish they were doing this.

    The time is used to guide you through a proven curriculum fitted to your needs, share experiences and answer questions that could’ve stalled you for weeks or months.

  • Our programs are designed so everyone from complete beginners to experienced trainees can see great results.

    You’ll have access to as many or as few as you need throughout the week to ensure you see progress within the limited time you have available.

  • Food is messy, emotional and tough to change.

    We have an approach and tools that help you pick exactly what you need to focus on while scaling the challenge just right so you stack up win after win.

  • A direct line of communication to your coach via our app means individual support and guidance through the week outside of group sessions.

    Your coach is also your connection to the other coaches on our team. This means extra collaboration and professional opinions when needed.

    You’ll be teamed up with 1-3 other participants to check in, support and cheer on one another as you share in the process together.

    Yes- that means you can succeed while giving 90% of your time to everyone and everything else.

    Jokes aside, we recognize our group pricing is higher than on-demand services out there.

    This is both appropriate and intentional.

    Here’s why

    •This is an actively coached experience, not a library of recorded workouts

    •Comprehensive workouts + selected behaviors proven for results

    •Individualized to your needs

    •A growing resource library to expand your headspace, skills and strategy for results

    •Regular access to an expert point coach and team of coaches

    •Weekly live appointments with your coach and group

    Our 1:1 equivalent is $860/mo, nearly 4x the large group rate

    We’ve priced groups so more people can “play” while fairly compensating our team.

    We recognize that it’s a commitment. Prioritizing your self-care is an investment that will pay you back.

    In the end, the trial is a great deal and we guarantee we’ll bring the value and support you need.

  • We’ll record both classes and calls so you can benefit regardless of schedule or surprise conflicts.

    There is no change in billing or your program.

    If there is enough need and interest, we may open up additional time slots.

  • This offering is for our large group format (7+ members) and priced as such.

    In the future we’ll offer a dedicated small group format (3-6 members) at $460/mo.

    We’ll start where we start when it comes to headcount. Should this pilot be the size of a small group, you’ll still only be charged the large group price if you continue past the trial period.

    Training Sessions

    •Comfortable clothing you can move in

    •Clear training space with a sturdy door/door frame.

    •Training equipment we provide (plus the occasional chair, towel, etc)

    If you have access to a formal gym, let your coach know and we can discuss how to utilize that resource.

  • We definitely understand some folks may be self-conscious, more subject to social drain or just want space to focus on their process.

    You never have to participate and are welcome to turn your camera off at any time.

    That said, a major part of success here is feeling supported and connected to others who are in this with you.

    You don’t need to be a social butterfly. You don’t need to “perform” for anyone.

    All we ask: you show up for yourself, embrace the process, and help others to do the same.

    The more you engage, the more support, energy and feedback you’ll receive.

    And yes, your results will be much better for doing so.

  • Most needs can be addressed just fine with advance notice. Our coaches are problem solvers with a wide ranging toolbox.

    In certain scenarios, we may recommend you consider some 1:1 coaching in addition to or in lieu of group work.

    If the need arises, we may also refer a visit to one of our recommended providers.

  • Yes! People who share good things with others should be rewarded.

    For each member you refer that signs up for paid services, you receive your choice of recommended nutritional products or a gift card.
